I started my career as a Graphic Designer. My interests taught me HTML & CSS. Gradually I started to specialise in this area and it shaped me into becoming a UX Specialist and Interaction Designer. This gave an entry into Product. Having an interest built there, I was able to support my first CEO with support services to invest in ideas and become technology partner and build sellable products, out of which one is a listed Company in NASDAQ.

So from being a solution provider in User Experience and Product, bridging the gap from UX standpoint, my Design Thinking capabilities not just helped solve UX problems, but also helped few companies facing challenges outside the digital realm to solve their problems as well.

Today, with an overall experience of 25 years, being a Certified Design Thinker and Product Enthusiast and having run few businesses successfully, I have realised this rare combination can be used to help SME’s (Small Medium Enterprises) grow in their businesses or increase their profit margin which the business owners may not be aware of.

How am I different?

Good you had this question. My methods would always lead to company Auditors because they cannot be set aside or ignored when there is finance involved.

​

In a typical scenario of an SME, especially in India, when you approach your auditor, they would usually send interns to do the Internal Audits. In most cases they find the issue and the auditor sends you an audit report and explain it to you what actions you must take. If you take prompt actions, you will see the result for sure.

​

In my case, if I understand there is a problem and when I agree to take up the challenge, I’m available onsite with the goal. I test methods and if it does not work out, I’ll try another method till I find a solution. At the end, you would be getting a tried and working solution that gives result and also what needs to be done to keep it going. If the business owner is willing, I even support till every point gets executed. This only comes from years of experience.
